Drafting Help

Phenoms FF conducts two styles of drafts: SLOW and LIVE. Both styles are conducted on the individual league website at www.myfantasyleague.com. LIVE Draft Room Features

1. Draft timer shows time remaining to pick. Don't let it run down to just a few seconds as system lag could cause you to miss your pick and get the top ADP player.

2. Type in the box to chat. If you don't type for awhile, it will say "Chat Suspended". Refresh your browser window, or type something to bring it back up.

3. Mute or turn on the Audio announcements of the picks. If turned on, you'll also need to make sure an "Announcer" is selected at the bottom of the window. (Not shown in this picture)

4. Sort the Player List. Early on, it's best to sort by ADP to ensure that you pick the right Steve Smith, etc. If you don't see a player listed, he might not be on the ADP List so you should click "Alphabetical List".

5. Show Only allows you show only a certain position or team in the Player List. Again, realize that if ADP is selected, some lesser known players might not show up still.

6. My Work List feature allows you to make it easier to select players. Move players here that you are targeting to make it easy to highlight them before pressing "Draft". IMPORTANT NOTE: Pressing "Draft" will NOT select the top guy in your Work List - it will select the highlighted player (either list)

7. Type the last name of a player to quickly find him in the Player List.

8. The all-important Draft Button. Make sure the guy you want is highlighted before pressing the "Draft" Button. Give it a couple of seconds to ensure your pick went through and shows up.

9. Listing of draft picks. If a team is missing a pick, or a pick gets changed, try refreshing your browser.

10. Rosters - you can look to see what each other team has.
